Penetrex Balm Kenya is an independent information and order site. We do not sell products ourselves, so questions about a parcel on its way are best asked during the confirmation call, where the operator can see the order.
What should you include in your message?
- Your name, so we know how to address you.
- The phone number you used to order, if your question is about an order. This is how the team finds it.
- Your question in a sentence or two, for example about ingredients, how to apply the balm or what the delivery call will cover.
- Your area or town, if you are asking about delivery, such as Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru or Eldoret.
- The page you are looking at, if you are pointing out something that looks unclear or out of date.
Please do not send anything more private than that. You do not need to describe your health, share ID numbers or send payment details. Payment is made on delivery, so there is nothing to send us in advance.
How do you get help with an order?
After you submit the order form, an operator calls you between 11:00 and 23:00 Nairobi time to confirm the order and the delivery to your area.
During the call you can ask about the delivery details, the payment on delivery and the distributor who will bring the parcel. You may also decline the order if it no longer suits you. If you missed a call, the operator will try again, and you can check the delivery page for what to prepare.
