Order terms for Penetrex Balm Kenya
Ordering on penetrex.co.ke takes a name and phone number, a confirmation call and payment on delivery. These terms set out who does what and what to expect from the site.
What is this site and who are the parties?
penetrex.co.ke is an information and order site for Penetrex Balm. The site does not sell products itself. It publishes product information and takes your order request. The order is then confirmed by phone and delivered by the product’s distributor in Kenya.
The site is run under the name Penetrex Balm Kenya, and you can reach us at hello@penetrex.co.ke. By using the site or leaving an order request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
If anything is unclear, write to us before you order, or ask the operator on the confirmation call.
How does ordering work?
Ordering takes four steps:
- You leave your name and phone number. Use the form on the order page or the order popup. Please give a Kenyan mobile number you can answer.
- An operator calls you between 11:00 and 23:00 Nairobi time. The call confirms the order, the quantity and the delivery details for your area.
- The distributor delivers the order. The operator gives you the distributor’s details during the call.
- You pay on delivery, when you receive the product.
Leaving your name and phone number is a request to be contacted about an order. It becomes an order only when the operator has confirmed it with you by phone. Until then, you have not committed to anything and you pay nothing.
Please give correct details. If the number is wrong, or nobody answers the operator’s calls, the order cannot be confirmed.
What is the price and how do I pay?
The price shown on the site is KES 5,990 for one 50 g tube at the moment. The operator confirms the price and the order total on the call before the order goes ahead.
Payment is made on delivery. There is nothing to pay on the website and we never ask for card numbers, passwords or payment details through the site or by e-mail. The price page shows what you pay and what you receive.
We may change the price or the offer from time to time. When we do, we update the site and the date above. Please check the price with the operator on the call before you agree to the order.
Where do we deliver?
The operator confirms delivery to your area on the call. For most customers in Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret, this is a short conversation about the address and a good time to receive the parcel.
For some areas the operator confirms delivery individually. At the moment, these are: Baringo, Marsabit, Moyale, Garissa, Lamu, Wajir, Emali, Loitoktok, Kibwezi. If you live in or near one of them, the operator will tell you on the call what is possible for your location.

Can I decline an order?
Yes. You may decline the order during the confirmation call. The call is there so that you can check the details and decide. If you tell the operator you no longer wish to continue, the order is not processed.
The same applies if you change your mind about the delivery details: tell the operator on the call and the details can be corrected before the parcel is arranged.
How should I use the product information on the site?
The site gives general information about Penetrex Balm, a balm for external use: its format, its ingredients, how to apply it and the everyday situations where people reach for a balm. This information is written from the carton and tube and is meant to help you decide.
The carton is the primary source. If anything on the site differs from what is printed on the carton or tube, follow the carton. Please read it before use. The ingredients page and the how-to-use page are summaries, not replacements for the label.
